Position Overview: As the senior manager of Paid Search, you will be responsible for building out our paid search activity and team. This includes developing, implementing, and optimizing our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of PPC strategies and best practices.
No prior management experience required.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
* Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to drive conversions.
* Monitor campaign and site performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and objectives.
* Analyse data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
* Optimize marketing funnels to maximize revenue and profitability of traffic
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to align PPC efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

* 2 years of experience in comparison marketing
* Proven experience creating and/or managing PPC campaigns at scale while hitting both company and client KPIs.
* In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* High proficiency in Microsoft office is a major advantage.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and/or projects simultaneously.
* Presentation/deck building skills for stakeholder meetings is a plus.
* Google Ads certification is a plus.
