We are looking for a BI Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Inspire, lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of your team.
Hands-on approach
Communicate vision and insights in a way that resonates with partners and executive leadership and turn theory into action.
Define and measure Key Performance Indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify & analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business gaps and suggest solutions to impact the business KPIs.
Drive the design, building, and launching of the next generation of the BI approach.

Requirements:
BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background
5+ Years Experience as a data/product/business analyst
2+ Years of experience leading a high-performing data analysis or bi developer team
Fully proficient in SQL, high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with ETL tools
Experience with BI tools (Qlik/Tableau/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense)
