Controller - Replacement for maternity leave

We are on the lookout for a Controller - Replacement for Maternity leave - 8 months.
The Task-at-Hand:
* Managing the Israeli and US entities - overseeing accounting functions, monthly * reporting packages, and monthly close process.
* Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the parent company.
* Reviewing VAT returns, tax returns, year-end audits, and other statutory reports in local GAAP for the entities and other local reports.
* Reviewing and approving vendors invoices and supporting the AP local team.
* Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processes, tools, and control systems.
* Provides ongoing day-to-day support with moderate to complex accounting issues and assists in the review of reporting deliverables to assure compliance with the SEC requirements.
* Ad Hoc integration projects.
