About the Role:
As an SEM Campaign Manager, you will take charge of our search channels, leading and strategizing to drive significant growth.
You will:
Manage and Optimize PPC Campaigns: Oversee PPC campaigns across
multiple platforms to maximize ROI. Effectively Manage Budgets: Handle large-scale budgets to achieve performance goals. Utilize Analytical Skills: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities. Collaborate Across Teams: Align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously improve campaign performance by staying informed about trends and best practices. Proactive Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of hands-on SEM advertising experience, optimizing large-scale campaigns across various verticals in B2C and/or SaaS fields
* Experience in setting strategic and operational plans for growth marketing, including goals and objectives, resources, budget, and prioritization of initiatives to maximize output
* An analytical skill set with a statistical understanding of the basis of A/B testing, and experience with Google Analytics, optimization software, etc.
* Extensive knowledge of key marketing metrics like LTV/CAC and an understanding of how to optimize through marketing activities
* English at a high or mother-tongue level
Nice-to-know We are located in Rothschild, Tel Aviv Our hybrid model includes four days in the office and one day at home.
