Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our goals.
Collaborate with senior management to establish financial targets and objectives.
2. Financial Management, Reports and Compliance:
Prepare and oversee all financial operations and reports of EBV and our portfolio startups, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow management, financial analysis, periodic reports to IIA, tax authorities and to management.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with Israeli accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
