* Working hands-on with our customers using the best and most interesting technologies in the industry.
* Write and execute manual tests.
* Work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kafka, S3, Kubernetes, and more.
* Take ownership of testing environments and their deployments.
* Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance.
* Train customers on best practices, useful features, and opportunities to optimize performance.
* Work diligently with our technical teams (developers, PMs, and Research) to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, replicating customer environments and network problems as needed
* Use customer feedback and insights to improve our products, technical best practices, and technical materials. Provide feedback to Product Management teams and R&D.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities, as well as new business with existing accounts.

Requirements:
* Advanced Linux skills.
* Familiar with Ubuntu OS.
* Familiar with Networking over Linux.
* You are familiar with Docker/Kubernetes.
* Analyze and troubleshoot system health and debug capabilities.
* Familiar with SQL commands.
* Familiar with API concepts and Postman.
* You must be fluent in English. It would be nice if:
* You have programming experience in Python / Pytest.
* You have experience in both cloud-based (AWS) and on-premise service and technology environments.
* You have familiarity with Bash scripting.
* Advanced Linux skills.
* Familiar with Ubuntu OS.
* Familiar with Networking over Linux.
