* Partner with product teams from concept to launch, ensuring legal and privacy compliance while fostering innovation
* Navigate the evolving legal landscape of data privacy, AI and consumer protection, advising on best practices and risk mitigation
* Draft and negotiate key legal agreements such as licenses, terms of use, data processing agreements, privacy policies, and vendor contracts
* Implement a robust data privacy program

Requirements:
Experience
* Proven experience of at least 3 years with in-house legal work at a tech/media company or a law firm serving similar clients
* Deep understanding and experience in key global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CPRA, etc.) and emerging global frameworks
* Adept at turning legalese into actionable guidance for product, engineering, and marketing teams
* Experience drafting and reviewing contracts (privacy policies, terms of service, EULAs, DPAs, etc.)
* Understanding of consumer law (bonus)
* Understanding of intellectual property law, particularly copyright and licensing (bonus) Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Well-organized and manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* English on a native speaker level Qualities
* Team player with a passion for excellence
* Self-motivated: Takes initiative and seeks out more challenges. Takes ownership of its tasks and projects from the beginning to the end
* Proactive learner: Always looking for ways to expand their knowledge and skills
