As a Certification Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet rigorous certification standards. You will oversee the renewal of certifications for existing products, guide new product designs to comply with certification requirements, and work closely with certification labs both locally and internationally, to obtain certification approval within the allocated budget and schedule.

Requirements:
BSc in electrical engineering.
Over 15 years of experience as an RF engineer, with at least 5 years of experience managing certification programs.
Experience working with certification labs in Israel and abroad.
Deep understanding of FCC, EC, UL, PTCRB, and preferably EN standards.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience interfacing with customers from international companies.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Proficient in English.
