About the Role:
In this leadership role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing our cutting-edge solutions.
You will lead a talented team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives impactful results.

Requirements:
Lead the team in the design and development using the latest Big Data technologies in an agile environment.
Take a significant hands-on (50%) role in the development effort.
Provide strong technical leadership through problem-solving and guiding the team toward sustainable and scalable design solutions.
Oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, from translating requirements into actionable plans to development, unit testing, and production troubleshooting.
Set project goals and timelines, ensuring efficient and successful delivery.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
