Corporate Development Associate

We are looking for a rising business leader with a diverse skill set that can be a Corporate Development Associate. You should be excited at the opportunity to think like a well-rounded business person as you will regularly be engaged in matters that deal with and effect many parts and aspects of the organization from strategic to financial to operational and more. The Corporate Development team is at the center of two critical pillars of the business mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and investor relations (IR) you will be involved in both. You will be intricately working with our leadership team to craft and execute our corporate strategy and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will be challenged to grow in your ability to analyze and think critically, communicate and present, and organize and manage multi-stakeholder engagements.
Contribution:
* Manage complex initiatives and processes across a range of stakeholders - internal and external
* Drive research into industry trends and technological developments to understand the underlying secular drivers and IP differentiation.
* Execute on all aspects of an M&A process from sourcing to analysis to due diligence to integration planning.
* Perform financial analysis of historical data and future projections to understand financial health of any business.
* Work with external stakeholders, such as banking advisors and investor relations advisors
* Communicate analysis and critical thinking via written and presentation formats/
