We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as a personal assistant for the companys management.
What will you be doing:
* Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
* Managing the managements calendars
* Coordination of business trips and agendas
* Managing external visits and guests to the company
* Front desk tasks and administrative services
* Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
* Assist the administration team with team tasks

* Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies - Advantage
* High level English, reading, writing and speaking
* Excellent Office skills
* Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
* Academic Education advantage
* Full time job with availability for additional hours
