Requirements:
- Management experience of engineering teams locally and globaly (10+ years) - Must
- Experience in Cloud / SAAS products.
- Vast experience in managing development of Big-Data infrastructure and applications, in cloud environment (AWS).
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent English, speaking and writing
You must be:

- Gets things done, quickly
- Natural leader
- Not conservative, change-oriented.
- Out-of-the-box thinker
- Highly collaborative
- Taking accountability - - Experience in setting standards, guidelines
