Develop and refine the control system architecture algorithms
Ensure control software meets the highest standards of the industry
Collaborate with other teams and team members
Stay current with advancements in control theory and software practices

Requirements:
BSc/MA in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control systems, autonomous systems, or related fields from top universities
5+ years experience in software engineering
Proficiency in C ++ and OOP concepts
Proven hands-on experience in developing control algorithms for autonomous systems
Strong understanding of control theory and adaptive control
Experience with dynamic modeling of unmanned vehicles
Strong ability to design, implement, and analyze TEST plans for control algorithms
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of optimizing control algorithms for various conditions
