Installing and configuring computer and server hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
Monitoring and maintaining servers/computer systems and networks as per Company Security Guidelines
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing Technical Support (in person/ phone).
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Performing weekly Server Health Checkups
Communicating on a frequent basis with Service Providers in Israel and Overseas.

Requirements:
A proven Background in IT/ system Support (2-4 years).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Servers (2016 Server and above) -Advantage.
Basic knowledge of Networking.
Basic Scripting abilities - Bash and PowerShell (mostly, understanding existing scripts).
Microsoft Office Programs proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good communication skills, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Organization and time management skills
Good English proficiency, both verbal and written.
