We are seeking a talented and highly motivated DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the software that powers our advanced embedded systems, bringing complex algorithms to life and enabling groundbreaking applications across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a growing team of highly skilled DevOps engineers.
Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines for CI and CD with focus on embedded systems software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and QA, to understand project requirements and ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot issues in development and production environments, ensuring rapid resolution and minimizing downtime.

Requirements:
BSc Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
5+ years experience in DevOps lead or similar role, with a focus on embedded systems development and deployment.
Solid Linux experience, command line and shell scripting (e.g., Python) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with embedded systems architecture, design considerations, and hardware-software interactions.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, Azure DevOps or similar.
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies.
Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
