We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's simple, intuitive, and data-driven. Youll join our Product Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities:
You will design end-to-end user experiences from early prototypes to final implementation while ensuring our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution
Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams, and collaborate with the product, engineering, data science and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our products
Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience designing and shipping a complex system/platform.
Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch
Owning both UX and UI aspects in the design process.
You have experience working collaboratively closely with product, engineering, design, and content teams.
You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while having a positive attitude.
You are experienced working with Figma - mandatory!
