Perform end-to-end research and development of speech signal processing algorithms

Execute statistical modeling and analysis of large data sets using ML and big-data algorithms
Perform end-to-end research and development of speech signal processing algorithms
Requirements:
BSc. or MSc. In EE/CS/Math/Physics or equivalent from a leading university
Experience of at least 5 years solving problems that required the use of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling and analysis of large data sets
Experience with Digital Signal Processing (Speech Signal Processing is a major advantage)
Strong analytical skills able to collect, organize & analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
High level analytical ability where problems are unusual, complex or ambiguous
Auto-didactic, able to enter new fields, explore and develop algorithms
Ability to work independently and perform well in a demanding fast-paced start-up environment
