In this role, youll be leading a 46-person team of IOS Android developers, full tech owner of teams products, lead the development of new features and ensure code quality.
Expertly lead a mobile development team, including both IOS and Android developers
Build product features
Be responsible for full ownership, from concept, to design, architecture, and production
Participate in all project phases including defining requirements, analysis, design, programming, reporting, testing, and implementation
Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative consumer-facing mobile products
Collaborate effectively and interact professionally with a multidisciplinary team of developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes
Prioritize effectively while working

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Android mobile team lead
5+ years of strong experience in writing code (3+ years in Kotlin)
Experience with RESTful web services
Experience with designing and implementing sound engineering solutions that meet business needs
Knowledge and understanding of software design patterns
Must have experience with end-to-end application development lifecycle
Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible gaps, ambiguities, missing scenarios, etc.
Ability to tackle tasks and issues that may often not be well defined and bring new creative solutions
Experience with agile development methodologies
Ability to work with a cross-functional team and make appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints
