What You Will Do?
Serve as the electrical focal point of the company, overseeing testing and approval processes.
Lead a team of 3-5 assemblers, fostering their development and ensuring effective team management.
Manage, mentor, and maintain the team to consistently meet performance and quality standards.
Lead testing assignments both in-house and at subcontractors.
Enhance and implement systems testing procedures and testbenches.
Provide timely solutions for projects in Israel and abroad.
Conduct integration and comprehensive performance analysis.
Develop and execute testing systems & ATP as per R&D specifications for all products.
Be available for site deployment and customer support.

Requirements:
Previous managerial experience in a similar role is essential.
Practical electronics engineering background with a minimum of five years' experience.
Proficiency in system testing and card integration to sub-assembly.
Ability to interpret drawings and electrical diagrams.
Experience working with high voltage is advantageous.
Electrical license is a plus.
