We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Engineer specializing in Power Systems, with a collaborative spirit and a genuine excitement for our company's innovative approach to electric vehicle charging.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic power design and a deep understanding of multidisciplinary systems.
What You Will Do?
Define product specifications and system requirements, focusing on power systems.
Guide R&D teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, throughout all design phases, ensuring alignment with system requirements.
Oversee design verification and validation processes, particularly related to power systems.
Play a key role in system architectural design, with a focus on power distribution and management.
Act as the technical authority and primary point of contact with the customer regarding power system requirements and design.
Lead system standardization efforts for the EU and US markets, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of intensive experience as a system engineer, with a focus on power systems and multidisciplinary products.
Background in electronic development, with a strong emphasis on high-power systems.
Familiarity with standardization processes, particularly related to power systems.
Proficiency in designing high-power/high-current systems and onboard auxiliary power systems Considered a significant advantage.
Experience within the automotive industry Beneficial.
Additional experience in VHDL, ARM, SOM, Embedded, and IoT Also advantageous.
