As an Ad Monetization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in striking the perfect balance between maximizing ad revenue and enhancing player satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target optimal ad populations within our games to maximize revenue while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
Determine the best ad placements and formats, enhancing engagement without disrupting gameplay.
Monitor and optimize ad source performance to align with marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
Ensure ad strategies align with business goals and marketing campaigns, including synchronizing in-game advertising with external promotions.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously refine ad monetization strategies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and ad technology advancements.
Work with product and design teams to integrate ads that complement game aesthetics and functionality.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and prioritize player privacy and data protection.

Familiarity with ad network platforms, programmatic advertising, and the latest ad technologies designed for mobile gaming.
Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analysis tools to drive strategy decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams, including monetization, marketing, product development, and design.
A deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player behavior, and preferences.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
