We are looking for a Head of AI and Perception.
As the Head of AI and Perception, you will lead a dynamic team of experts spread across Israel and Canada. Your primary goal will be to oversee the development and deployment of visionary AI and perception solutions for ADAS and AD applications.
You will set the strategic direction, establish best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a global AI and Perception algorithm team, ensuring adherence to top-tier engineering standards.
Define working methodologies, tools, and a common research environment to facilitate collaboration and efficiency.
Incorporate best practices in ML Ops to optimize model lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and integrate solutions seamlessly.
Supervise the design, architecture, development, and deployment of AI and perception solutions.
Contribute to company-level research priorities, technology vision, and product roadmap.
Support customer engagement in early stages, including RFIs, RFQs, and product definitions.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, perpetual learning, and peak performance within the team.
Provide leadership in monitoring project progress and producing regular reports.

PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics from top-tier universities.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in computer vision and machine learning, with expertise in algorithm development and software engineering.
Skills & Qualifications:
Deep understanding of computer vision techniques and machine learning frameworks.
Proficiency in DNN training, Python coding, and C++ coding.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 4 years in managing technical teams in computer vision and machine learning, with expertise in algorithm development and software engineering.
