Responsibilities:
Monitor and Control our online operation and services availability which serve millions of users
Troubleshoot and investigate production Issues
Assist R&D and QA with extracting details of production issues as they happen
Support the Operation team with the system.

Able to operate in a 7x24 operational environment (working in shifts - Total 10~ per week)
Able to handle stressful situations
Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)
Multitasking skills, capable of reacting quickly to multiple problems, and follows established procedures to implement solutions.
Advantage:
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
Basic Programming/Scripting Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Web Protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP)
Databases and SQL
Experience in NOC/Monitoring Environments
Love for Sports.
