Required User Acquisition Team Lead
Full-time
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 2 user acquisition managers and an ASO manager
Hands-on management of mobile app campaigns on various traffic sources (SRNs)
Set annual goals, monitor performance metrics, and budget tracking
Explore new user acquisition channels, test and adopt new analytic tools
Define requirements for data dashboards and advanced analysis from the data-analysts
Develop creative strategy and write creative briefs for the creative and UGC teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Creative, Content, Finance and R&D
Lead day-to-day communication with Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple and Appsflyer
Communicate industry trends and new regulations in the fields of User Privacy and mobile attribution (Android Sandbox, SKAN 4, and attribution models).

Requirements:
5 + years of B2C mobile app performance marketing experience
2+ years of experience in managing a team and training new employees
Hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads
Proven experience with managing a 6-digit monthly budget (USD)
Deep understanding of mobile attribution models
Understanding ASO strategies and techniques
B.A/BSc in relevant field
Data-oriented and tech-savvy personality
Excellent communication skills in English
Passion for Football and other Sports - Advantage
Familiarity with the Sports Betting industry - advantage.
