We are seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join our team.
Description:
You will serve as a critical point-of-contact between us and our customers.
Using both technical and business perspectives, help customers to maximize the value from AvailabilityGuard and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with different teams in the company- sales, customer success, support, product and R&D.
Location: Tel Aviv + periodic overseas travel.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with large local and international enterprise companies (financial services, telecom, energy, gov, etc.).
Understanding of datacenter and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB).
The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
