We are hiring a Reimbursement & Market Access Analyst to join our team in Israel. The team utilizes in-depth knowledge of the Israeli healthcare system, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines while partnering with external and internal stakeholders to drive complex processes to expend patients' access to Medtronic's therapies.
A Day in the Life
Assist executing of Israel's Reimbursement, Market Access and Health economics strategies to secure optimal reimbursement and funding for designated therapies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, collect and synthesize data to demonstrate clinical and economical value of Medtronic therapies.
Create awareness and educate key healthcare decision makers and payers to increase the acceptance, adoption and/or use of Medtronic therapies and products.
Provide education and training to key internal audiences within the region on key reimbursement, pricing and health economic product specific data and tools.
Support market development activities via generation of Israel specific economic data and support development and compilation of clinical evidence.

Requirements:
B.A, or B.Sc, B.Pharm in Health Economics, Healthcare Systems Management, relevant field with focus on analytics and qualitative knowledge
1-3 years of experience in Reimbursement, Health Economics, Market Access application, Health Technology Assessment, in healthcare environment
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in hospitals (physicians, administrators, other HCP's),
Strong presentations and written expression skills, in both Hebrew and English
Nice to Haves
Master's or advanced degree in Health Economics, Healthcare Systems Management, Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, or relevant field with focus on analytics and qualitative knowledge
