* Manage R&D budgets and time frames to ensure efficient use of resources.
Technology Trends:
* Stay on top of technology and industry trends to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure all R&D practices adhere to regulatory standards and requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
* Manage the hiring of new talent, ensuring that the R&D team is equipped with the necessary skills and expertise.
