Preparation of Quarterly and Annual consolidated financial statements (US GAAP)

Preparation of the monthly internal financial reports

General Accounting GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly, and quarterly closing processes

Preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns and other reports to the authorities of the company and its Israeli subsidiaries

Work closely with auditors and tax advisors;

Responsible of the SOX compliance

Requirements:
CPA with BIG 4 high-tech department experience

At least 1 year experience as a Controller in a hi-tech traded company, reporting according to US GAAP,

Alternatively - At least 3 years experience at one of the BIG 4 high-tech departments

Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP

Very good English level

Very good excel skills

Excellent communication skills

Attentive to details, tasks oriented

Process/controls oriented

Deadline oriented
