Build and manage a cohesive out of the BOX offering for MGS
Develop software tools and capabilities to differentiate Ceragons MGS value
Build the Ceragon Brand in the MGS domain and the supporting sales material
Train and support the regions in selling MGS
Build the financial and pricing model for MGS
Collaborate with Ceragons Chief Revenue Officer and Region Heads to drive MGS sales and oversee a shadow P&L for the BU
Build and run an operation team to provide global MGS operational support to customers, including remote and onsite support, as applicable

Requirements:
A visionary executive who can build a strong story that inspires people and build a strategy to bring it alive
Has the willingness and capability to work Hands-on in order to lead an incubation phase of a new initiative
Capable of building new solutions and turning vision to roadmap to product
Executive style to interact with Executives inside and outside Ceragon
Significant experience in SW & Services companies, preferably in software-led services businesses of a global scale
Experience in the Telco industry
Professional Experience in building and selling managed services and software solutions
Resilience and determination, maturity
Excellent communication skills
