Controller - Replacement for maternity leave

Required on the lookout for a Controller - Replacement for Maternity leave - 8 months.
The Task-at-Hand:
Managing the Israeli and US entities - overseeing accounting functions, monthly * reporting packages, and monthly close process.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the parent company.
Reviewing VAT returns, tax returns, year-end audits, and other statutory reports in local GAAP for the entities and other local reports.
Reviewing and approving vendors invoices and supporting the AP local team.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processes, tools, and control systems.
Provides ongoing day-to-day support with moderate to complex accounting issues and assists in the review of reporting deliverables to assure compliance with the SEC requirements.
Ad Hoc integration projects.
