We are seeking a valiant Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team and develop effective user acquisition campaigns.
As an Influencer Marketing Champion, you'll take the helm in navigating the entire gaming influencer landscape - from mapping the terrain of influencers in leading games such as League of Legends and Valorant, to onboarding influencers and brokering their promotional deals with us - leading them to victory through epic exposure and app download numbers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Engage with influencers and creators to build rich, long-lasting relationships
Negotiate deal costs and deliverables with influencers and agencies to secure the best deals for the developers we represent
Onboard influencers and manage partnerships to ensure successful activations
Plan, execute, and report on influencer activations
Ensure influencer promotions are executed as expected by reviewing their VODs and analyzing data on the traffic driven to the app
Stay ahead of social, influencer, and technology trends by reading industry reports and consistently testing innovative promotional ideas
Collaborate with Creative, Data, and Product teams to align UA efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
Gamer - a Must, actively playing 2-3 PC games
Native-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing, marketing management, or customer success with a strong record of driving results and achieving KPIs
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply data-driven insights to optimization efforts.
Flexibility to work in dynamic hours due to time differences with influencers from around the world when needed
A motivated, proactive, organized team player with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting.
