The company was founded in 2017 by a team of experts in lasers, optical fibers, and algorithms. We have a proven track record of building and scaling companies in the deep technology and laser domains, bringing startups from incorporation into global leadership. We set out to leverage an innovative idea in optical fiber sensing to reach an unheard-of scale with the world of utilities and infrastructure in mind.

Build the R D roadmap and effective work plan, coordinating between Product, Edge, Cloud, and Algorithms teams for a synced integrated delivery.
Manage sprint planning, execution, and post-mortem after deriving each sprint goal from both the work plan and field demand by customer representatives. Communicate sprint plans and results in light of work progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
BSc. or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
10 years of experience as a Project Manager. At least 5 as a development Project Manager in a multi-disciplinary company, with products and services to large-scale markets.
End-to-end experience in JIRA software tools including project setup, workflows, schemes, groups, boards, sprint management, and release management.
