Requirements:

* Required - Experience with 3D CAD design, including Solidworks.
* Required - Passion for innovative design and industry trends.
* Required - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Required - High level English.
* Required - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or apparel design, or equivalent experience.
* Required - Strong team player with ambition and resilience.
* Required - Ability to wear and train in military equipment.
* Minimum 1 year of textile product design experience - advantage.
* Knowledge of Optitex or other pattern-making software - advantage.
* Familiarity with additional 3D design software - advantage.
* Proficiency in sewing machine operation - advantage.
* Familiarity with tactical gear - advantage.
