The R&D Operations Specialist position will be responsible for procurement and logistics processes across various projects in the R&D department. What you will be doing: Responsibility for end-to-end operational aspects of R&D projects, including working in a dynamic environment, across multiple interfaces and under a tight schedule:
* Lead and control the R&D logistic process.
* Procurement for R&D departments and labs, facilitating procurement processes from small PCBs to various TEST equipment. Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (orders, monitoring, invoices, budget control).
* Proficient in negotiation with suppliers and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
* Develop and implement methodologies for logistic planning and process.
* Working with sub-contractors and vendors.
* Responsibility for department tools and inventory management.
* Leading and controlling R&D requirements to meet projects schedule.
* Bridge and facilitate between R&D, Engineering, and Operations.
