As a UI Lead , you will be responsible for leading our UI design in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
You will play a crucial role in creating exceptional design for our products and will have a significant impact on our customers.
Drive the UI design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into effective interface designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design components.
Conduct design reviews and usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes.
Be a part of the product management team, and oversee features from conception to completion, collaborating with colleagues focused on data, development, and QA.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality product
Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of new developments and identify opportunities for improvement
Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work in an office environment
