Accounts Payable Specialist - to support Russian legal entities

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Raanan site. You will handle the accounts payable process of several Russian legal entities from end-to-end, including vendor set up, invoice processing and payment set up. Support the employee travel and expense process and the companies bank reconciliations.
What will your job look like?
Oversee the entire accounts payable process of several Russian legal entities.
Ensure that payment runs are scheduled in accordance with the agreed-on calendar and accurately facilitate payments to vendors and employees.
Ensure that operating procedures and policy documents are followed to achieve compliance with processes.
Ensures adherence to the code of ethics.
Provide support to vendors and employees questions related to payments.
Ready to play a key role in the companys implementation of a new ERP system.
