We are seeking a highly-motivated Finance Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a finance team in partnering with our IT, and Global Operations divisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance coupled with strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
What will your job look like?
You will lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including training and development, workload management, and performance evaluation
You will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting process
You will review and analyze a unit's financial past performance and forward-looking plan against the annual budget.
You will provide the business units management with data analysis and insights to support decision-making
You will take a key role in the annual budget planning process
You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit managers and other finance professionals within the finance organization.
You will Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls, and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years experience in financial analysis and planning roles
Strong managerial skills
Excellent financial analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
Knowledge SAP and Tableau advantage
