You will lead the physical - Optical / Photonical research, write articals and patents, and design solutions for different customers. You will manage a team of researchers, lead the innovation,
understand the market and eco system and the competitors.
PhD in experiments physics / applied physics
Master in Optical experiments, Lab, and measurements, Development of optical devices.
Preferably a professor in the academy who leads research and patents in the Optics domain.
Must have experience in the industry with commercial products, and past experience in direct management of researchers. Participation in convensions and lectures in the field will be a plus.
