Product Analyst

our company develops an AI solution (based on NLP) that automatically handles customer support inquiries with a human-level accuracy, and sets a new standard for customer service.We are seeking to hire a Product Analyst responsible for developing and constructing automated conversational workflows with customers, leveraging data insights. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
