Were seeking a future team member for the role of VICE PRESIDENT, FULL-STACK ENGINEER to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Tel Aviv.
Key Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a full-stack engineer to join a newly created team and work end-to-end on creating the new digital solution. This role will work closely with other engineers and our product team throughout the software development process, providing feedback to design and requirements, reviewing work in progress, and addressing issues found in manual testing.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
Primary Design and implement scalable client-side and server-side architecture.
Participate pair-programming, and provide technical leadership to motivate and guide team members.
Lead technical discussions and provide technical oversight (including code reviews) to the development work from the team.
Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement.
Promote best engineering practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases.
Work with product managers and UX designers to provide feedback to product roadmap, requirements, and UX designs.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.
Coach and mentor junior engineers.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
Experience of full stack technical building enterprise SaaS solutions.
Experience of Java/Spring Boot development, including microservices and even-driven architecture implementation.
Experience with microservice design patterns and event brokers.
Experience with Big Data/NoSQL/Stream processing technologies (e.g Spark, Kafka, Flink, Redis).
Experience of front-end HTML5/CSS3 and Angular.
Experience with Test-Driven-Development is preferred.
Experience in modelling with NoSQL database.
Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
Hands-on experience with release management and CICD deployment workflow processes, from development release through production deployment.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies K8S, Azure/AWS, etc.
Strong technical and communication skills required.
Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
