As the As the team lead Game Economy, you will be responsible for designing and managing the in-game economy, as well as managing and tracking our user's experiences through the use of behavioral insights, mathematical models, simulations, data analysis, To put it simply: You'll be responsible for making the game more fun and increasing community engagement. The ideal person for this position is curious by nature, loves problem-solving, is a team player with great communication skills, and is a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
* Designing economic game features in order to maximize and heighten User Experience and optimize KPIs directly linked to the game
* Model and balance complex systems in the game to maintain a healthy and growing in-game economy
* Work with the product and monetization teams to build and implement content in the game as well as live-ops activities
* Perform data analysis and AB testing in order to always improve the game performance
* Pricing of the game store, offers, and other products
* Tracking and managing in-game economy parameters on a daily basis
