Senior system Engineer and PM for development of multidisciplinary devices, preferably medical and/or optical devices.
Interface with customer to define the technical requirements.
Responsibility on system requirements and architecture.
Matrix management of the functional teams working on the project (EE/ME/SW/ QA )
Project management for all project cycles.
Research and assimilation of new technologies.

Requirements:
Senior system Engineer and project management with 7-10 years of experience in developing a multi-disciplinary device (preference to medical device and/or optical background).

7-10 years experience as part of a development team for a multi-disciplinary project
Experience with architecture definition and requirements analysis and definition.
Experience in project management for all project cycles.
Knowledge in diverse engineering disciplines such as optics, hardware/software architectures, communication, mechanics, algorithms, software.
Team player and ability to matrix manage.
Preference to background in medical device development and/or optical background.
Very good level of English (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Self-learner.
