Requirements:
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Processing: Receiving orders via email, registering orders in the system, managing order tracking, issuing invoices, and processing payments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Responding to customer inquiries via email, handling complaints and returns, providing professional and patient responses to all inquiries in English.
- Preparing Reports and Presentations: Collecting data, analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations for company management.
- Performing Other Administrative Tasks: Organizing documents, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and more.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Office software.
- Excellent English language skills - reading speaking
