We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer to join our Finance & Operations department.
In this role you will:
Effectively collaborate with our leadership team, product managers, sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to scope scalable data infrastructure and analysis approaches to complex business questions.
Develop and optimize ELT/ETL workflows to power business and product analyses based on multiple data sources.
Build compelling data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to serve data-driven decision-making processes.
Create reports, dashboards, responses to ad hoc requests, forecasts, etc. utilizing our data warehouse and other sources of data.
Be a one-person show and collaborate with our data analyst for fast delivery.
Bring in industry best-practices to help pursue the goal of becoming a data-driven company.

Requirements:
4+ years experience in a technical role as a BI Engineer or data lead in SaaS company, in an internal BI function.
Proven hands-on experience in developing data pipelines and ETL processes.
Strong command of SaaS metrics like ARR, net retention, funnel conversion rates, etc.
Proven experience working with Tableau to create compelling visualizations.
Experience with writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with data modeling, data warehouse implementation, and maintenance.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including go-to-market and more technical teams.
Experience training end-users, rolling out new products, and driving them to full adoption.
Proven record of merging multiple data sources to develop a single source of truth for reporting needs.
A self-learning, self-starter attitude with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented start-up environment.
A passion for analytics and strong analytical skills.
Excellent project and task management skills.
Fluent in English and Hebrew - high-level written and verbal communication skills.
