You are responsible for:
Generating service invoices, sending them to customers, and documentation.
Opening service calls.
Producing customer service reports.
Follow-up and arrangement of treatment days for the systems.
Ordering spare parts and tracking.
Arrangement of availability of the service engineers.
Handling changes instructions with customers.
