Executive Liaison: Must have a positive attitude to respond to the technology requests from Executive Leadership with a smile and urgency. Infrastructure and Systems Oversight: Supervise the implementation, and sustenance of the enterprise's IT infrastructure, spanning servers, networks, databases, and cloud services. Assure the unwavering availability, efficiency, and security of all IT systems. IT Support: Manage the IT support domain, warranting swift and effective rectification of technical quandaries encountered by staff, thereby cultivating a gratifying User Experience.
