About the Role:
As a Sole Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-today accounting work, which includes, among other things.
You Will:
Responsible for all accounting transactions, such as- banks & credit cards reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.
Support the month-end closing process, posting cut-off JEs, etc.
Support implementation of Net Suite.
Taxes payments and reporting (VAT, Income).
Support systems and processes integration- Coupa, Concur and more.
Responsible for the AP cycle - Including approving invoices with the relevant business owners, processing payments, recording relevant JEs, etc.
Invoices issuing & AR collection.
Assist with external audits (external auditors & taxes authorities).
