We are seeking a Sales Operation Representative who will join the Sales Operation team.
You will manage and accompany the sales operation process.
You Will:
Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential.
Interact with customers & coordinate meetings.
Joining the field team for activities.
Multitask between different communication channels.
Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement.
