the role of BA Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's business applications while also providing hands-on Technical Support. You will lead the BA team, provide strategic direction, manage resources, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the BA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the ERP and CRM systems and the production line, and own all business applications related responsibilities globally. Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and metrics using PowerBI and other tools. Lead the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. Take a part in defining the technology roadmaps and long-term vision for core systems integrated with overall applications and processes. Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience, preferably at a global company. Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with experience on large-scale ERP system. In-depth knowledge and experience of In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration best practices preferred. Proven experience in salesforce or similar CRM. Experience with defining and implementing software interfaces. Experience in SQL and BI Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Demonstrated ability to learn and create a deep and clear understanding of the business processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Experience background in marketing, sales and global business processes A strong advantage. Experience with SOC2 or ISO2700 audit An advantage. Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Language skills Fluent English - writing and verbal.
