We are seeking a Frontend Team Lead to join our team
In this role you will:
Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
Drive the development process, from design to implementation, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Architect highly scalable and distributed web applications, utilizing your deep understanding of JavaScript and the web development process.
Apply excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
Foster excellent teamwork and communication skills within the team, guiding and mentoring team members on professional matters

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on web technologies.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably as a team lead or technical lead.
Deep understanding of the Web development process.
Experience working with React
Proven experience in the design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed web applications.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor others on professional matters
